Today's Learning Target: Students will be able to locate people, places, and things throughout the world. Students will understand how humans impact the environment and vice versa. Students will be well informed members of society and will be able to formulate educated opinions on global, national, and local issues.

Anchor Activity: You will have ten minutes to work on your world issues projects.

Five Themes Summative Project: You will be working in your groups to complete the five themes summative project. The final product will be a slide show, with at least one slide per theme. Here is the product descriptor for this assignment. Please make sure to answer ALL questions on the product descriptor. You should be using pictures and maps in your slideshows. The presentation should be 3-5 minutes long.
