Learning Target: Students will know the roots and the beliefs of the five major religions in our world today.

Circle: Would you rather have to hunt & gather for your own food for the rest of your life, or only be able to eat fast food for the rest of your life.

World Issues Project: Students will have 30 minutes to work on their World Issues Projects.

World Religions: We will be finishing up our World Religions chart today in class. Each student will be assigned a type of religion to research and report answers back to the class.

World Religions: We will start filling out the World Religions chart today in class. Each student will be assigned a type of religion to research and report answers back to the class.

Learning Target: Students will know how African Colonization started and the lasting affects it had on the continent. Students will know the similarities and differences between Apartheid and Jim Crow America.

Circle: What is your go to pizza order? Would you rather only be able to eat other peoples left overs or only be able to eat burnt food.

World Issues Project: You will have 20 minutes to work on your World Issues Projects.

Apartheid vs Jim Crow Venn Diagram: You will be working in class to fill our a venn diagram with the similarities and differences between Apartheid and Jim Crow.

Apartheid vs Jim Crow Paper: We will be creating potential claims for both body paragraphs together in class. You will then be writing the paper.
