Learning Target: Students will be learning how to create a classroom community. Students will be informed of what is happening in today's politics.
Circle: What is something that you are not currently very good at that you wish you were good at.
Branches: We will be talking about the three branches and what their responsibilities are.
Impeachment: Students will be looking at this infographic to learn about the impeachment process and how it works. We will be discussing the process as a class.
Trump: Students will be reading the article I posted on Newsela to understand what the Trump impeachment case is all about. We will be discussing as a class how this case came to be. We will be talking about Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, and President Trump.
Sides: Students will be reading this article from CNN. Half of the students will read The Case for Impeaching Trump, while the other half will read The Case Against Impeaching Trump. Both are in this link.
